THE DISPOSITIF REX BP

This is a practical way to capitalize on feedback. It is based on the in situ audit of precursory buildings,
going beyond the regulatory objectives of energy and environmental performance.

The sample of buildings in which the audits are conducted consists of low-power, passive or positive energy buildings, decarbonized buildings and/or buildings designed using BIM tools.

DESIRED
OBJECTIVE

Identification of mal-functions that impact predicted performance of buildings (energy consumption, comfort, sanitary quality…).

The sharing of experience is at the heart of the modus operandi. After a consolidation stage and data analysis, the lessons learned are used to enable a learning process by trial and error. The system also strives to promote good practices.
